South Mountains Marathons
Brought to you by the same folks from Table Rock Ultras, The South Mountains Marathons are a pair of trail races, the Shinny Shiver Marathon & High Shoals Half, held in the beautiful South Mountains State Park in North Carolina. If you get psyched for chilly weather, gorgeous views, steep trails, and super cold creek crossings, then this race is for you! Courses include a good mix of wide double track trails and tight, technical, single track trail. Oh and stairs! Lots and lots of stairs!

Registration & Entry Fees
Registration is now open. Limit of 125 entrants.
Marathon: $65 until Nov 30th/ $75 until Dec 31st
Half Marathon: $45 until Nov 30th/ $55 until Dec 31st
Refunds
No refunds will be given and Ultrasignup fees are not refundable. If you think there is any question as to your ability to participate, we suggest you wait until closer to race date to register. In the odd chance the race is cancelled due to a blizzard, the race will be rescheduled to a later date.
Awards
Top three M & F overalls receive hand-made awards.
Top three M & F: <39 & >40 receive hand-made awards.
All finishers receive a functional award to be determined!
